Cancellation Policy A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. We kindly ask for your understanding, as these policies allow us to respect the time of both our staff and clients. By booking, you agree to the following terms: • 48 hours or more before your appointment – Free cancellation or rescheduling. • Within 24 hours before your appointment – A $30 cancellation/rescheduling fee will be charged. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows – A fee of 50% of the booked service price will be charged. Late Arrivals Arriving up to 15 minutes late is acceptable, but your procedure will be shortened. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a 50% service fee will apply.
